Below is the rate schedule for rental. Renters may arrive at the home at 4pm on the arrival day, and
must have vacated the home by 10am on the departure day. Check our calendar for dates and availability.
A minimum of 1 night is required. All amounts are in US currency.

*These holiday dates require a minimum 7 night rental.
**Rentals for less than 6 nights require an additional $50 cleaning fee.
Reservations require a $150 deposit. The
remaining balance and refundable $150 security deposit is due 45 days before arrival, or with deposit if the dates are
under 45
days away. Payments may be made by
check, money order, or
certified bank check. Payments must be made using US funds. Pricing does not include 12% Florida tax. For more
